Privacy policy

What we collect
Email address: collected only when you voluntarily submit it to receive a link to your analysis. Never required to use the tool.
Business details you submit: the name, city, service, differentiator, and About copy you enter are stored temporarily during your session to generate your rewrite. This text is never stored permanently and is not used to train AI models.
IP address (hashed): we store a hashed (non-reversible) version of your IP address for rate limiting only. We do not use it for tracking or profiling.
Payment information: we do not collect or store payment card details. All payment processing is handled directly by Stripe.
Retention
Analysis results: stored for 30 days so you can share your results link. Deleted automatically after 30 days.
Email leads: if you submit your email, it is stored for up to 90 days and used only to send you your analysis link and relevant follow-up from Lee Fuhr Inc.
Third parties

Anthropic (Claude): the details you submit are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your rewrite. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models. Anthropic privacy policy →
Your rights
Email us at the address below to request deletion of any data we hold. We will delete it within 7 business days.
